Please review the following requests as you prepare for your event:

• A speaking invitation must be approved by the senior pastor/leader.

• We do not accept or reject speaking invitations based upon a church’s size, honorarium amount, or distance from our location. Every request is greatly appreciated and prayerfully considered.

• We do not set specific amounts for offerings or honorariums. We only ask that you do your best so that the ministry may continue to grow and reach more people for Christ.

• One king hotel room for the requested dates.

• Coach airfare for the requested speaker(s) from Mobile Regional Airport (MOB) or Pensacola International Airport (PNS). Ground transportation will be used for local invitations (if less than a 4 hour drive from Daphne, AL).

• Pickup and drop off from the destination airport unless the host church prefers that we book a rental car at the airport for ground transportation.

• We will book all of our own travel arrangements (hotel, airfare, rental car) and forward an invoice to your office for reimbursement. We strive to keep travel costs low in order to prevent any undue financial burden on your church or ministry. We kindly request that all travel reimbursements be made within 2 weeks of submission to your office.
